- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance procedures.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- We recommend Standard Shipping for faster and more reliable international delivery
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Bloomora pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on vests and pants unless they are faulty. All other items (dresses, skirts, and t-shirts) are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Recommended services:
- UK returns: £5.95 via Royal Mail Tracked
- International returns: Prices vary by carrier (DHL/FedEx recommended)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item price minus any original shipping costs
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the new item details
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Faulty or Incorrect Items
