Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they are:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on vests and pants unless they are faulty. All other items (dresses, skirts, and t-shirts) are eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Submit a request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for convenience.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track your return: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service:

  • UK returns: £5.95 via Royal Mail Tracked
  • International returns: Prices vary by carrier (DHL/FedEx recommended)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the new item details
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
