Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they are:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on vests and pants unless they are faulty. All other items (dresses, skirts, and t-shirts) are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Submit a request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at: Bloomora Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service:
- UK returns: £5.95 via Royal Mail Tracked
- International returns: Prices vary by carrier (DHL/FedEx recommended)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or color changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the new item details
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
